The Origin Story

Legend says…

…the Great Monsters feasted on AI responses and online courses. “Flavorless. Low protein,” they grumbled.

They moved on to consulting decks and yelled, “Too Expensive!”

The Monsters were starving for real AI business insight. Not frameworks or buzzwords. Not AI hype. They were hungry for best practices and production-ready AI solutions that were adopted by their peers.

The Great Monsters built a place called the AI MonsterSphere, where professionals could find AI use cases, best practices, services, and communities of practice organized by job function. They built a platform where their peers, AI practitioners, and AI experts could share business knowledge and insights without paying six figures to consulting giants.

The Monsters didn’t come to destroy consulting; they just came to offer an alternative.

Who We Are

AI Monster Inc. is an ethically sourced data company.

From the beginning, AI Monster was built in response to what we believe the AI industry has gotten wrong.

While much of the LLM race was fueled by scale at any cost (and still is), scraping first, asking questions later, we chose a different path. We believe data isn’t raw material to be extracted; it’s human knowledge that deserves consent to use it.

Instead of obscuring origins or flattening expertise into an anonymous training mass, we set out to build an ethical data company, one where knowledge is intentionally contributed, rights are explicit, attribution is preserved, and humans remain accountable for what’s published.

In a world where trust in AI is low, our story is simple: if AI business insights can’t be traced, governed, and ethically defended, they don’t belong in systems people rely on.

Who We Are

The Founders

We started AI Monster because we are united by a simple belief: we all deserve a platform that makes our AI work easier.

Each of us has spent years inside organizations where brilliant people were held back by tool complexity, bottlenecks, and a lack of training. We built this company because we’ve lived those frustrations ourselves, and we knew there had to be a better way to share AI business knowledge and wisdom.

Thank you for joining us on this journey to democratize wisdom and empower the next generation of AI Monsters.

Sincerely
Mani, Heather, and Jeanette
